Forwarderlogic's comprehensive operations module provides all necessary documentation and operational functionality for bookings and consolidations for import or export, by air, sea or inland transport. The accounting module supports cost matching, automatic profit loss calculations and is easily linked to existing back office systems.

The U.K. edition allows forwarders to create United Kingdom specific documentation such as the C88 and addresses the specific tax and currency needs of the European Union. The application is hosted on a virtual private network, allowing trading partners around the world to instantly access information. If a British forwarder has created a C88, for example, this export documentation is then immediately available to the agent at destination, who can use the existing data to create his import documentation. The centralized database allows authorized parties to access and share information in real time, creating shorter cycle times, reducing data duplication and minimizing data corruption. In addition, the multi-level access hierarchy allows offices operating multiple branches to maintain a constant overview of their entire operation.

The system draws previously entered information from all parts of the booking process, reducing administrative time and cost while vastly improving information flow.
