15 Year Old Author Completes Coming of Age Novel
A freshman in high school, finishes a 200 page novel about childhood and human experience that questions the very nature of society itself. He is now working on other projects in the literary world.
Kevin Feeney has resently completed his freshman novel, "Across the River." Ironically, he is a freshman along with his coming-of-age book. It is the story of a young boy dealing with the struggles and uncovering the secrets of a small town.
Kevin Feeney is now working on his second novel enitled, "The Treehouse Years." His new story is narrated by a "hermit-type" character that uses vernacular language to convey "a gem of a story."
Feeney has been published in numerous prestigious sources but now he is turning his focus to the editing world. At 15 years old, Kevin Feeney is now working on the inaugural issue of his literary magazine. "This is something that I have always wanted to do and with the help of other talented writers and their submissions, along with several interviews with highly reguarded writers and poets, this should be a great first issue."
For now, Feeney will concentrate on his final exams, squeezing in a sentence or two of his new book in between classes.
