(Rogue River, OR) Chemical manufacturers of two-part reactive formulas and specialty cleaning products are now able to bring their products to market in a practical hand-held trigger sprayer unit. Take 5, the leading manufacturer of dual-liquid trigger sprayers, has announced a new, fixed-ratio version of its popular DLS trigger sprayer.
Utilizing twin bottles under a common sprayhead, Take 5s DLS sprayers have the unique ability to mix and spray two different liquids at the same time. Perfectly suited to two-part formulas and EPA/FDA-regulated compounds, the new fixed-ratio model brings dispenser innovation up to speed with chemical technology. Based on Take 5s patented mixing design that prevents the two dispensed fluids from mixing until they enter the piston chamber, the DLS 100 produces a consistent, fixed ratio of one fluid to the other when sprayed. Chemical designers have the latitude to specify the particular mixture of one liquid to the other at ratios up to 64:1.
The new models high quality sprayhead is designed for use with disposable snap-in chemical refill cartridges. DLS sprayers offer ergonomic sprayheads with three-finger triggers, adjustable spray tips, quarter-turn bottle locks for easy bottle removal, and custom colors.
