NEW YORK- Restaurateur and Architect Chris Smith and Benihana owner Rocky Aoki have joined forces with Workhouse Publicity to debut Haru, a new Sushi Bar due to open in Manhattan the second week of June. Located at 280 Park Avenue at 48th Street, the eatery will boast a forty-foot long sushi bar, a bugs eye view of photo-made grass strip flooring and include such futuristic devices as tanks of robotic fish.
