Mike Bates Joins Coldwell Banker in Greenwood Village

   GREENWOOD VILLAGE -- Mike Bates has joined the Greenwood Village

office of Coldwell Banker as a broker associate.

   Bates is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and specializes in residential

resales and as a buyers agent for real estate investors throughout metro Denver. He is a

third-generation Denver native and former owner of MJB Trucking, a local and interstate

trucking company that once included May D&F on its long list of clients.

   My family has invested in Denver real estate since the 19th Century and I sold

my trucking company with the intention of carrying on a long family tradition," Bates
