Open Space and Cul-de-sac Sites Remain at
Walnut Grove in Westminster

   WESTMINSTER -- Golden Key Homes is closing out the final remaining

inventory homes at Walnut Grove enclave in Westminster. Almost all of the builders

remaining homesites feature open space adjacency or cul-de-sac locations, and several

offer a combination of the two.

   Most remaining homesites at Walnut Grove overlook vast Westminster open

space, including trees, grassland and a meandering creek," says Dave Race, sales
