Rick Harkness Named Managing Broker of
Littleton Coldwell Banker Office

   LITTLETON -- Rick Harkness was recently installed as Managing Broker of the

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office at 8089 South Lincoln Street in Littleton.

   Harkness is a member of the Denver Board of Realtors and the Jefferson County

Association of Realtors. He holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified

Residential Specialist (CRS) designations and is a Senior Instructor for GRI and co-

author of the organizations Career Development Curriculum.

   Harkness was named Realtor of the Year by Coldwell Banker in 1990 and is a

past-president of the Jefferson County Association of Realtors. He serves as a Director

for the Colorado Association of Realtors and is a trustee on the Education and Columbine

Foundations for the organization. Harkness moved to the Littleton office from the firms

Cherry Creek location.

   Taking this office through the transition and eventual consolidation with our

Highlands Ranch location presented interesting new challenges," Harkness said. I am
