congruencys SDK and IVR offerings are development tools that allow third parties to create applications and new capabilities that work with congruencys CNS 3200 Enhanced Hosted Communications Platform and its screen-enabled IP telephone, the i.Picasso 6000. These expanded capabilities enable broadband carriers, software developers and enterprise users to extend, alter and differentiate their product offering for their customers or themselves.

Software Development Kit (SDK)
The congruency SDK provides a clear technical roadmap for programmers and others to build original, or customize existing web applications, as well as to control the content that is directed to IP phones or Web portals. These programmers have access to the Application Server of the CNS 3200 through the HTTP protocol, and can retrieve and manage the data they need to create or alter applications.

An unlimited number of applications can be developed with the SDK, which are then placed on the carriers Application Server. End users then have the ability to select the desired applications they want to appear on their IP phones or Web portal.

In one example, a hotel can customize the screens on the i.Picasso phones in its guestrooms by selecting from a group of existing applications created specifically for the hospitality industry. Some of these applications could include one-touch links to lists of Broadway shows or local restaurants.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Service Creation Platform

The IVR Service Creation Platform allows service providers and other third parties to quickly create and deploy IVR-based applications.
