SEDCO-EMITAC Partnership

Emirates Technology Co. (Emitac), one of the largest IT Companies in the region has announced a strategic partnership with System & Electronic Development FZCO (SEDCO), leading developer and supplier of Bilingual Printing Solutions, News Room Automation Systems and Airport Information Management Systems in the Middle East & North Africa Region.

Under the terms of the partnership agreement Emitac has become a majority stakeholder in Sedco and the new board has raised the capital of the company substantially. Under this agreement, both companies will continue to operate totally independent from each other, maintaining their existing management, products, services and business partners.

Mr. Salah Bukhatir was elected as the Chairman of the new board and Mr. Khaled Kilani as Vice Chairman. Mr. Sad Salah, Sedcos current General Manager, was appointed as the Company President & CEO.

While announcing this partnership, Mr.Salah Bukhatir has commented as follows:
