New York City, June 19 - Land.Net, Inc. has launched its residential web site, BuiltForUs.Com, it was announced by Charles E. Gross, President and CEO.

The web site (http://www.builtforus.com) provides sellers, landlords and real estate agents with an on-line marketplace to sell and lease residential real estate. Registered users may add their property listings to the BuiltForUs.Com database. The listings are immediately available to BuiltForUs.Com viewers searching for homes and rental property in all 50 U.S. States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

"We established BuiltForUs.Com to meet a demand from users of our Land.Net web site", said Mr. Gross. Land.Net (http://www.land.net) is the company's flagship commercial real estate web site. "Many of our users market both residential and commercial real estate".

Viewers to the site may search for homes and rental property under several categories, using a variety of search criteria. In addition to re-sales, BuiltForUs.Com will focus on listings from home-builders to meet a demand from buyers for new construction.
