Scheduling is so much easier with Jonas latest release
Richmond Hill, ON - Gary Jonas Computing Ltd., has released their Court Bookings module which will make it easier to manage areas of the Club that require scheduling.

This new module works in several areas, such as: recreational courts, spas, lessons or even bowling alleys.

Court Booking features:
·   User-defined profile, complete with area types, location codes, pricing structure and member privileges.
·   Advance bookings with time restrictions.
·   Blocked bookings for specific time periods with option to repeat.

When you want to make a booking, use the calendar and select the date and area type. From there, select the available time slot from the grid. Details are available to denote member linkages, guests, notes and instructors.

Once the booking has received a booking number, the system will allow modifications. If a member changes the booking, the system will prompt to bill the cancellations and the reason for the change. Criteria for a block booking are similar to a regular booking.

End-of-day updates the General Ledger, member and statistics files with the daily court fees.
Print 'sign-in' sheets to place on clipboards. The report will print all names of the members who have a booking for the specified date range. Print these reports by booking area or for all areas.
