AvCom Technologies Ltd. Announces Addition of Onsite D.E.R.

Ft. Worth, Texas -- 1 August, 2001 -- AvCom Technologies Ltd. today announced the addition of an on-site Designated Engineering Representative (D.E.R.) to the company. Michael Gardiner, Sr. Vice President of Engineering at AvCom, recently received his D.E.R. appointment from the Federal Aviation Administration (F.A.A.) and is therefore qualified to approve or recommend approval of technical data to the F.A.A.
   Mr. Gardiners D.E.R. appointment is certainly a big advantage to our customers and we are pleased he acquired his D.E.R. standing, said Stephen Squires, President of AvCom Technologies.
