e-tempest expand to offer business-strength hosting services

e-tempest have added another internet service to their portfolio. They now provide hosting solutions for businesses. They have partnered with InTechnology, the data centre with ex Planet boss Peter Wilkinson as Chief Executive.

It has recently been announced that Yorkshire based Internet solutions provider, e-tempest have signed an agreement with Harrogate based, InTechnology to become a channel partner for their comprehensive range of hosting services.

The recently signed agreement provides e-tempest with access to Europes only specialist advanced data technology centre. Managing Director, Mike Ormesher explains, 'InTechnology are renowned for providing quality service allied with fully scalable and robust infrastructure. Our expertise, coupled with this newly acquired capability means that we will be in a position to offer comprehensive hosting services to a customer base ranging from small businesses to large corporate organisations. We will offer managed, co-located and shared servers. We will also be able to provide both hardware and software combined with comprehensive maintenance packages that will include automated back-up solutions.

This latest move further enhances e-tempests comprehensive service portfolio. It reinforces their commitment to providing end-to-end Internet solutions to fully meet the needs of their expanding client base. They are, of course hopeful of attracting new clients who require a professional and reliable hosting service.

Speaking on this new partnership, Jackie Utley from InTechnologys Advanced Infrastructure business unit, commented: We feel confident that our technical expertise and hosting services are the ideal support for e-tempests creative flair and business know-how in providing solutions for their clients."

e-tempest intends to offer the strongest Service Level Agreement in the industry with an anticipated 99.9% up time. Speaking on their behalf, Neil Meredith, Business Development Director explains, Our research has highlighted that many companies are disappointed with the service they have received from hosting providers. This ranges from unexpected downtime and unsatisfactory explanations to inadequate support at all levels.
For other organisations, the entire hosting area is potentially a minefield. Our first priority will be to take the mystery out of the entire area by turning the technical jargon into plain English."
