Teligent's Founding CIO Joins Firm To Bring Breakthrough IP Switching Technology To Market

Dunn Loring VA; 11 September 2001 - Signafor, Inc., a developer of patented IP switching and QoS technologies, today announced that the company's Board of Directors appointed Philip McKinney as Interim CEO and Board member. Mr. McKinney is the Managing Partner of Techtrend Group, a management consulting firm to high technology companies.
Prior to joining Techtrend, he was the Senior Vice President for e-Business at Teligent (NASDAQ: TGNT), a leading broadband provider. He was with Teligent for more than three years having led the infrastructure build as Teligent's founding CIO.
