GLOBAL OUTSOURCE ALTERNATIVES LEADS EUROPEAN BUSINESS TO PROFIT THROUGH OUTSOURCING

Kent, UK, September 24, 2001 -- Global Outsource Alternatives (GOA) has opened its doors to assist European business in the outsourcing of non-core business functions. Outsourcing to GOAs select group of Asian companies, will allow its clients to reduce overhead, and improve the bottom line.

The Companys initial service areas include Medical Transcription, Financial Services, Web Development, Software and other IT Services. But GOA plans to soon offer Customer Contact and Dental Laboratory Services, as well.

GOA's extensive global IT and business experience, acquired on four continents, makes it uniquely qualified to advise on the benefits of outsourcing offshore. And the companys nearly 20 years in Asia, developing relationships with world-class, cost effective, IT service providers, puts it in a unique position to help European businesses join in this global trend.

The company believes a majority of IT services will be performed in more cost-effective locations in the future. "The Internet has made location irrelevant, and the service sector is quickly moving where manufacturing has already gone," says CEO, and co-founder Fred Heath. "GOA was established to help European business take advantage of these developments."

The company chose the Philippines, as the site of its Asian office, because it feels the country represents the future in outsourcing. "We considered a number of locations, but the Philippines easily came out on top," relates Heath.

Though other locations are well known due to the large volumes of work sent there, GOA feels the Philippines represents the quality Europeans are looking for. The country is rich in talented, creative, and low cost English-speaking IT professionals. And the Philippines recently topped the "knowledge jobs" category of the Global New E-Economy Index, a technological competitiveness index formulated by the US-based research firm, the META Group Inc. "Knowledge jobs" refers to the number of qualified engineers, senior managers and higher education students in a given country.

Many are already calling this the decade of outsourcing. And, indeed, the future appears bright for the company. "There are only a few givens in life, these days" muses Heath. "Death, taxes and outsourcing!"
