IP Tools, LLC announces the launch of its newest website LawOffer, http://www.lawoffer.com">www.lawoffer.com. The new site, which incorporates the technology of JD.com under license, is a free tool for users to match their legal needs with hundreds of top legal professionals from across the U.S in over 35 legal categories.

The new site, which incorporates the technology of JD.com under license, is a free tool for users to match their legal needs with hundreds of top legal professionals from across the U.S in over 35 legal categories. IPTools owns a number of legal related content and application sites including the highly successful IP marketplace, Feebid.com, and IPToolbar.com. JD.com, which had a stellar management team including journalist/lawyer Edward Sussman, was pulled off the market when the capital markets completely dried up this year. JD.coms principals, including Mr. Sussman have now moved onto other ventures, but Mr. Sussman is lending his considerable expertise to IPTools in an advisory capacity.    

Some of the features of LawOffer.com include:

-   A Posting Board where clients can anonymously post legal assignments for firms to review and respond to.
-   A My Assignment folder that serves as a private space where clients can review their posted assignment, look through private bids submitted by law firms, and initiate extended private negotiations with selected law firms.
-   A Negotiation Space where businesses can initiate private online negotiations with a law firm. The negotiation space is designed to allow for detailed discussion of terms and conditions related to the bid.
