FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SHIVASITE ANNOUNCES OPENING WITH NEW EDITORIAL AND NEWS SECTIONS
shivaSite reopens with a total reorganization and a new design of the website. The site also features a major expansion in the news, editorials, and WPCmame / Pinball sections, and offers all information and downloads available at no cost to the viewers.
shivaSite - January 12th, 2001 - shivaSite (http://www.gamesurge.com/shivasite/) a special website well known for it's hard to find information and free downloads, is please to announce the reopening of the site on it's temporary server to the general public.
Recognized as one of the up and coming websites on the internet today, shivaSite was closed to prepare for a major expansion to the site, and to increase it's free services available to all viewers. The website has a major new design in place, with easier navigation and faster downloading, as well as several exciting new and unique features exclusive to shivaSite.
Paul Sanderson, site administrator for shivaSite said " this is very exciting for me personally, as 6 long weeks of solid work went into designing the site to be as easy to use as possible. In addition, our major expansion to all of our sections will keep any web surfer very, very, happy for days."
With the launch of shivaSite, comes several new sections. NewsEye (http://www.gamesurge.com/shivasite/newseye/index.shtml) makes it's debut, with headlines and stories culled from over 2000 of the top websites, and generated into multiple categories. Plans are in place to have over 100 separate news pages, divided into easy to view categories, from topics ranging from music, to internet related issues, to design and website news. The shivaSite Editorial section (http://www.gamesurge.com/shivasite/editorials/index.shtml) is updated daily with 10 of the best articles written by the most respected and well known authors in print and electronic media. With strengths in areas such as business, marketing, design, and webmaster articles, our editorial section will be the place to start to stay ahead of the competition.
Old favorites to shivaSite have also returned, including the WPCmame Pinball Emulator, (http://www.gamesurge.com/shivasite/WPCmame/index.shtml) and Pinball Fanatics, (http://www.gamesurge.com/shivasite/pinball/index.shtml) the huge pinball resource archives featuring the largest collection of free manuals and public domain Pinball ROMS on the internet today.
"shivaSite will specialize in content that is either impossible to find, or is just plain difficult to access. A lot of other sites are charging money for content that we have available for free." Adds Mr. Sanderson "In fact, the entire site content will be available at no charge. This is really great news for the collectors out there, as well as for people looking for articles to help them advance upwards in their careers."
In the future, shivaSite will be offering a unique type of pinball builder that will also play public domain commercial pinball ROMS for the home computer. As well, an ebook resource center and a syndication network will be debuting shortly.
