New York, NY---Intuition (www.intuitionweb.com), the worlds leading financial e-learning solutions and services provider, today launched the latest version of Intuition Web, complete with a new look and a superior navigation system based on Intuitions award-winning instructional design methodology.
Intuition Web Version 4 contains over 200 hours of learning on foreign exchange, money markets, equities, fixed income, financial mathematics, risk management and more, spanning the learning needs of graduate trainees and experienced financial professionals. Information is delivered on demand via the Internet or company intranets enabling users to link learning to competencies. Q & A sessions with feedback, realistic scenarios, timed examinations, interactive spreadsheets, progress tracking and engaging microsimulations make learning on the desktop effective and time-efficient. This latest version includes a Fast Track feature that condenses material into five screens or fewer so that users get pertinent information easily.
Companies need to foster a learning culture to improve operational efficiencies," says Simon Banks, Intuitions Director of Sales and Marketing. With new developments in the financial sector, including the recent spate of mergers and acquisitions, it is increasingly important for organisations to employ a learning solution to expand their knowledge base and maintain strong competency levels enterprise-wide. We have worked with our clients and industry experts to develop Intuition Web to be the most comprehensive financial training and tracking product on the market." Over 150 banks and financial services organisations currently use Intuition Web to train their employees, including ABN AMRO, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Lloyds TSB, Reuters, Nomura International and State Street.
Intuition was awarded the 2000 EMMA (Electronic Multi Media Award) in the Business Training Online category for excellence in digital media content creation, fending off competition from companies such as Accenture, Siemens, and the runner-up Harvard Business School Publishing. Intuition Web Version 4 incorporates this proven instructional design methodology to offer a flexible, self-paced approach to learning at the desktop.
