Dr. William J. Burns, P.h .D. appointed Director of Training and Documentation Services at Reactive Networking, Inc.

Dallas Texas: Reactive Networking, Inc., (RNI), announces that Dr. William J. Burns, Ph. D. has been appointed Director of their Training and Documentation Services, effective January 1, 2001.

Dr. Burns' wide ranging duties will include development of all product manuals and on-line documentation, development and implementation of a Product Training and Product Certification program. He will also be a Co-chair of the company's Quality Assurance Committee.

Dr. Burns has extensive experience as a senior network security course creator and trainer for several firms, including Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd., where he was a senior trainer and course creator. He has a Ph. D. in Computer Science Education from the University of Maryland.
