ClearPath Telecom Launches Operations; Introduces Aggressively-Priced Residential Calling Plan For Budget-Minded Texas Consumers.

SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS -- ClearPath Telecom, Inc. announces that it has begun offering quality long distance services throughout Texas, presenting residential and small business consumers with a new choice and exceptional savings opportunities.

With a focus on quality and savings, ClearPath Telecom expects that Texas consumers will be very receptive to its service plans. In order to provide its customers with high quality and reliability, ClearPath Telecom recently entered into a wholesale network services agreement with a top Tier 1" fiber optic carrier. Further, an in-house billing solution has been implemented in order to provide customers with billing flexibility and accuracy.

ClearPath Telecom is introducing its Texas Resi-Call Plan" to residential consumers. This plan offers a state-to-state long distance rate of only 4¢ a minute, and in-state calls are offered at just 8¢ a minute. Rates apply any day or time, and no 10-10" access numbers are required, just simple 1+" direct dialing from home. A low $2.95 monthly surcharge applies, but will be waived if long distance usage during the billing cycle is $20.00 or more. ClearPath Telecom also plans to extend special savings opportunities to small business consumers in Texas through its Texas BizOne Plan," which offers competitive rates for both 1+ (direct dial) and 8XX (toll-free) long distance services. Future residential and small business services are expected to include discounted local telephone and Internet services, as well as calling cards and other value-packed services complementary to ClearPath Telecoms primary service offerings.
