Threat of Anthrax Causes Rosie O Donnell to Cancel Shows and Authors Appearance

Who would have believed Anthrax would affect a Small-Town Minnesota Author? Ironically Author Amelia Frahm's childrens book about surviving the stresses and strains of cancer and her upcoming appearance on the Rosie O Donnell Show will have to be postponed while America learns to survive the stresses and strains caused by terrorism.

This time last year nobody, but me, would of dreamed I would be invited to appear on the Rosie O Donnell Show but even more farfetched my upcoming appearance would be cancelled due to the threat of biological war," was the statement issued by author Amelia Frahm.
Frahm, a breast cancer survivor was scheduled to appear on the Rosie O Donnell Show during October, Breast Cancer Awareness Month to announce her first book, Tickles Tabithas Cancer-tankerous Mommy to a national audience.
Ironically her childrens book about surviving the stresses and strains of cancer will have to be postponed while America learns to survive the stresses and strains caused by terrorism.
Frahm was scheduled to appear on the Rosie O Donnell Show; Tuesday, October 16th instead she received a call from a Rosie staff member saying all of O Donnells Shows for that week had been cancelled due to the threat of the Anthrax virus.
The virus had been found at NBC studios located at Rockefeller Plaza in New York City where the O Donnell Show is aired. Its now confirmed that four people in New York City have been exposed to Anthrax.
Surviving the stresses and strains of terrorism feel all too familiar to Frahm. The similarities between cancer and terrorism are nauseating, youre riding an emotional roller coaster, the not knowing is the worse and I certainly understand why they cancelled this weeks shows," said a frustrated Frahm from her home in Hutchinson, Minnesota.
Frahms childrens book, Tickles Tabithas Cancer- tankerous Mommy does not focus on death or diagnosis but is about a family learning to live on that emotional roller coaster. Its available at your favorite local bookstore through wholesalers- The Bookman and Baker & Taylor, on-line at Amazon Books or from the Nutcracker Publishing Company.
