A.C.E. INFOTECH GROUP CHANGES ITS NAME AND MARKET FOCUS

A.C.E. InfoTech Group, a leading provider of translation and interpretation services since 1973, announced today that it has changed its name to WorldLink Technologies, Inc. to better reflect the companys new direction and market focus.

BELLEVUE, Wash., October 15, 2001 -- A.C.E. InfoTech Group, a leading provider of translation and interpretation services since 1973, announced today that it has changed its name to WorldLink Technologies, Inc. to better reflect the companys new direction and market focus. The company will hit the market re-staffed and re-tooled to effectively compete in a very competitive and technology-centered environment.

WorldLinks core competency will now be the translation of electronic documents and the localization of websites and software programs in over 80 languages. The company will also be offering international business training and e-commerce consulting services such as fulfillment, multi-currency payment processing and 24/7 multilingual customer service. In addition, WorldLink has developed new technology to automate the update management of previously localized websites, software programs and electronic documents called the Automated Translation Management (ATM) program. This innovative program, expected to be launched in November, 2001, will dramatically reduce the cost and burden of maintaining localized content.

For WorldLink, the future is now. The Internet has made the huge international market place extremely accessible to anyone able to conduct business online. This is a significant
opportunity for these companies, especially in a weak domestic economy," said Mr. Ronald Ruzicka, V.P. Business Development. We see the current market conditions as quite favorable for companies like WorldLink that can economically facilitate international e-commerce".
WorldLink feels that it is well positioned to compete effectively in a crowded market of similar service providers. As many of our large competitors strapped themselves with tremendous debt through IPOs and acquisition over the past couple of years, WorldLink stayed small and lean by affiliating with strategic foreign partners and investing in technology" said Mr. Ruzicka. WorldLink is now able to offer the highest quality service at below market rates by leveraging the latest technology and its vast global network of native speaking linguists and in-country QA professionals".

WorldLink Technologies, Inc., formerly known as A.C.E. InfoTech Group, was established in 1999, but traces its roots back to the American Cultural Exchange, founded in 1973. Based in Bellevue, Washington, the company is a premier provider of translation and localization services designed to facilitate global electronic commerce. A division of n-Link Corporation, WorldLink combines advanced proficiency in digital technologies with expertise in all aspects of translation, localization and globalization.
