Tickets for Gloucester Rugby Club Now Quick and Simple

After expanding their ticket office for easier access, Gloucester Rugby club have upgraded their system to the Data Factors Managed service. The service allows them to build a database while providing faster more customer focused sales from both the ticket office and on the telephone.

Gloucester Rugby Club, the "Cherry and Whites", have made further investments in the clubs infrastructure, to Improve tickets sales by phone, in person and on the Internet.

Gloucester Rugby Club have been investing in improving "the shed" as their (some say rightly) ground is known. As part of that improvement, they have expanded the ticket office, to make access to tickets, quick, simple and widely available.

After rebuilding the ticket office, the club invested in the Data Factors Managed Service. This allows the club to build a database, while providing faster more customer focused sales from both the ticket office and on the telephone.The service will soon allow them to sell tickets on the Internet as well. Charlie Little, the clubs Commercial Manager is keen to ensure simple, quick access to tickets, for both regular supporters and those that are just looking for leisure pursuits in their area but may not be rugby fans.

Data Factors spokesperson said We are the only company allowing our customers to sell on the Internet and locally, while not having any need to allocate tickets and still being able to chose particular seats. This is seen by many as a key advantage for the customer and hence it improves ticket sales".
