GOLIATH PROJECT UNVEILED AT CIPA
Quality bankruptcy documents are now available to abandoned parents at half of the normal price charged to customers through CIPAs new Goliath Project. CIPA understands the financial difficulties a parent can experience when abandoned by their spouse. When bankruptcy is imminent in such situations, CIPAs new project allows struggling parents to obtain legal documentation at an affordable price.
For one-half of CIPAs already low fee for bankruptcy document preparation, its staff of experienced, trained paralegals prepare the required federal bankruptcy documents based on information from the customer and assist the customer in the filing procedures. Requirements to participate in the Goliath Project are that the customer have children and be unable to locate their spouse for at least 60 days prior to filing. The customer is responsible for all court filing fees and newspaper advertising fees associated with locating a missing spouse.
