N-able Technologies provides central point of management solution.

Ottawa, Canada, October 23, 2001 - N-able Technologies, a global software company providing vendor independent central point of management solutions for pervasive computing technologies, today announced it has signed a five-year, OEM contract with Intellect- Prodata NV (ASX: IHG). N-able Technologies has designed a terminal management system (TMS) solution for Intellects electronic payment and smart card platforms.
Intellect, a world leading supplier of hardware and software services to the electronic payments industry, is now able to offer their clients a web-based, reliable, and scalable platform that provides intuitive and seamless monitoring and management for Intellects point of sale (POS) devices. The deal is the first step for Intellect to move from a predominantly hardware vendor to becoming a total solution provider. The TMS solution will enhance the infrastructure of Intellects inclusive management systems for secure transaction processing solutions.

N-able Technologies has designed a custom built solution for Intellect that will enable the monitoring of its terminal assets/base and its applications from a central point of management. Intellects terminal management system, 'SENSA-TeM, offers its current and future customers a wide range of new device management capabilities. SENSA-TeM will significantly decrease support costs, and solve many of the problems that arise from the increasing complexity of smart cards, demonstrating Intellects commitment to providing service excellence in the secure transaction processing market
