Every year seven thousand people commit suicide because they can no longer live with chronic pain.

These people have been abused by their medical team, lost their families and friends and see no light at the end of the tunnel. Chronic pain has turned their life into one continous journey through hell.

Every year seven thousand people commit suicide because they can no longer live with chronic pain.

These people have been abused by their medical team, lost their families and friends and see no light at the end of the tunnel. Chronic pain has turned their life into one continous journey through hell.

Chronic pain is not just an extension of acute pain. Chronic pain persists long after the initial injury or illness that caused it should have healed. Sometimes pain exists when there is no discernable cause, making it invisible to everyone but the person that is tortured by it. It steals a life, leaving its host unable to sleep, interferes with relationships, and causes depression that sometimes leads to suicide.

If you are one of the millions that suffers with chronic pain you understand how devastating it can be, and how even the sturdiest of people begin to feel alone in the world with nowhere to turn.

Finding Our Way, A Guide For Surviving Chronic Pain was written to help turn the experience of living with chronic pain into one that faces catastrophic life challenges and turns them into gifts. This is more than a book. The online support group helps facilitate the plan in the book so no person must take this journey alone. Information about the Finding Our Way Support Program can be found at:www.myspiritat.homestead.com/index.html.

This unique plan can bring dignity, hopefullness and purpose to your life. Learn how to live outside the box that pain has put your life in, to be happy and fullfilled and to help others find their way. It is not about curing the pain, it is about healing the spirit. Find your way back to wholeness, happiness and fullfillment. Find your way back home.

Author, Pat Oreilly, shows you how you can end the suffering associated with living with chronic pain through meditation, visualization, exercise AND proper medication. Living with pain herself for over twenty years, she is a veteran of the chronic pain war and will personally guide you through the minefield of treatments that may or may not provide relief..

With a little planning you can experience true peace in your spirit and the happiness that you thought was lost forever.

Pat Oreilly is a resident of California, has 15 years experience as a speaker, life management coach and author. She works face-to-face with chronic pain support groups and individuals, teaching the principals in this book. She has written over forty articles about living with chronic pain and the book, "Doctor/Patient Relationships, how to get the most from the people you need the most."
