ITN to open sub-office in Nanjing
ITN to set up a sub-office in Nanjing to facilitate export of audio speakers and related components to the United States.

International Technologies Network, Inc. (ITN") of Thousand Oaks, California and Nanjing Electronic Audio Equipment Co. (NAEC") have agreed that ITN would set up a sub-office in Nanjing to facilitate export of audio speakers and related components to the United States.
The sub-office will be set up by November 26, 2001. The Nanjing sub-office will initially have a staff of two people. ITN has appointed Dr. Muhajer to head the Nanjing office. Dr. Muhajer will report to John Farid, ITNs Chief Representative in Beijing. In addition to facilitating export of audio speakers and related components, the office will also conduct due diligence preparatory to ITNs possible acquisition of shares in NAEC.
NAEC is Chinas second largest manufacturer of audio speakers and boasts of the best R & D facility in China. NAEC is a qualified vendor to several leading brands such as Philips, Vestal, Profilio, Samsung, and Lucky Goldstar. NAEC also holds a license from Nxt® to manufacture flat speakers. We have assisted NAEC to break into the market in Europe and have made a good beginning in the U.S.," said S. R. Nair, President of ITN, Inc. As in Europe, we will focus on the private label/ OEM sector, rather than attempt to distribute directly. We are seeking long-term partnerships with select brands in U.S."
