Any recipient worldwide that has the Windows Media Player installed on their computer or handheld device can receive VidEx messages. Video Express Email is designed around Windows Media Technology with versions supporting REAL Technology slated for development. Video Express email works with most known email software and services including Outlook, Outlook Express, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, Eudora, and Netscape Mail; as well as services such as Hotmail, Yahoo, and AOL, to mention a few.

Video Express authoring tools make recording and sending personal streaming video email simply with click and record and click and send features. The design is intended to look very much like standard email software. Experienced and non-experienced subscribers should do very well in recording their first message. There are many uses of Video Express by parents, students, military, sales, marketing professionals, customer service, personal classifieds, teachers and more.

Sending Requirements: Video Express Email installs on any Windows based operating system on any off-the-shelf computer. Video Express Email automatically connects to the sound card and camera installed on the PC. The faster the Internet connection results in a faster customer sending experience.

Receiving Requirements: Recipients need an email address, an Internet connection, a web browser and the Windows Media Player, version 6.4 or later. A compatible media player is available for most operating systems and computers, include handheld devices. The video message can be sized during viewing, however, full screen results vary based on the Internet connection.
