New York, New York, November 13, 2001 – Table Tales, a lower Manhattan based catering and event planning company has plans to boast New York pride by offering a holiday dessert collection featuring some of New Yorks finest foodstuffs in its pies and tarts.

The New York Artisan Dessert Collection is a set of four seven inch pies and tarts including Bittersweet Chocolate Pecan Pie, Cranberry - Vanilla Bean Custard Tart, Roasted Apple Frangipane Tart and Pumpkin Cheesecake on Gingersnap Crust. New York food products included in the collection are renowned heavy cream and butter from Ronnybrook Farm (http://www.ronnybrook.com), organic apples from Long Island and Westchester Counties, freshly roasted pecans from Bazzini, fresh mascarpone cheese from Little Italys Alleva Cheese, fresh pastured eggs from Fallow Hollow Farms and Sap Bush Hollow in upstate New York, and a little bit of help from neighboring New Jerseys cranberries.
