LAURELS PROTOCALL ANNOUNCES MARYLAND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GRANT FOR EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Protocall Communications, one of the nations leading marketers of broadband and telecommunications products, announced a substantial grant from the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development.

Laurel, Maryland (PRWEB) November 18, 2001 -- Protocall Communications, one of the nations leading marketers of broadband and telecommunications products, announced a substantial grant from the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development.

The funds will be used to train the companys more than 400 employees and to conduct a company-wide symposium on quality customer contacts.

Company CEO Scott Kleinknecht said, this handsome grant will enable Protocall to accelerate the success of its business model, which centers on service specialization, quality sales, and growing long-term customer relationships."

Protocall is a dedicated outbound teleservices agency that specializes in business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales and lead generation. Unlike most marketers who use the telephone to make sales, the companys calls to consumers are made exclusively to existing customers of its nation-wide clientele, which includes cable, telecommunications, and other high-tech firms.

About Protocall

Protocall markets digital broadband products and services, local and long distance, paging, telephone sets, DSL, T-1s, T-3s, and calling and term plans. The company operates call centers in Laurel and Baltimore.

Protocall is a three-time recipient of the MVP Quality Award, as well as the Award for Call Center Excellence (ACCE), and the American Teleservices Associations (ATA) TELO Award. The firm also is the recipient of the Maryland Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative Award.
