Savitar, Inc., a St. Louis-based CRM solutions provider, has launched CRMentor, a facilitated suite of product modules designed for Small Business. The largest of these modules, CRMentor Workshop, is available immediately to resellers and businesses.

St. Louis based Savitar, Inc. is proud to announce the release of CRMentor, an interactive suite of product modules designed to address the CRM needs of Small Business. The primary module, CRMentor Workshop, combines CRM education with company-specific detail to develop a holistic view of an organizations customer relationships. Further, CRMentor Workshop initiates a dialogue between facilitators and participants, leading to short and long-term CRM problem-solving specific to the needs of the organization.

Previously, Small Business has been overlooked by the CRM industry, where tight budgets and limited technologies put most software solutions and consulting packages well out of financial reach. Savitars goal with CRMentor is to provide an inexpensive alternative to large-scale consultancies, without sacrificing superior industry expertise.
