Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) Upgrade
Resource Managers new APS upgrade features alternate routings and detailed workcenter calendars that can be adjusted at any time. Now, inevitable labor fluctuations, workcenter downtime, and unexpected material shortages can be immediately accounted for, allowing the user to regenerate a schedule with new priorities - on demand. New real-time Resource Calendar reports include: Utilization, Backlogs, Bottlenecks, Capacity Pockets, and more. New Job Costing report allows the user to track actual costs, quantities, etc., all from one screen.

The new features have enabled users to implement initiatives that include: Lean Manufacturing, Theory of Constraints, Flow Manufacturing, Project Management, Shop Control, MRP - MRP2, SCM, JIT, and Business Process Reengineering -- all from the same platform.
