POSSIBLE RESTRUCTURING OF OPERATIONS

December 13, 2001, New York, NY -- Speedlane.com, Inc. ("Speedlane" or the "Company") announced that it is in the process of completing the unaudited financial statements for the nine months ended 9/30/2001 in connection with reviewing and possibly restructuring its operations. In light of the lack of current public information about the Company on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and disclosed to its shareholders and the public, the Company recommends that its shareholders and potential investors refrain from any trading activity in the Companys securities until the Company has provided current information concerning its financial status and operations.
