Introduction... The purpose of SurplusCellular.com is to provide a community environment for our members to buy or sell new & surplus handsets, accessories and other related equipment. We bring our members together to offer opportunities that the wider industry is unaware of, or is unable to respond to using traditional channels.

How does it work?... Once the simple registration process has been completed and you have paid the nominal (USD) $1 Membership Fee (which is additionally deducted from the cost of your first advert), you will receive a welcoming email that includes your account details, 'Username' & 'Password'. These can then be used to gain 24 hour access to view all the current listings within The Surplus Cellular Classifieds Database, and to also submit your own classified adverts. Listings are divided into concise classifications enabling you to locate the category you want quickly and efficiently.

Whether you're a private individual or an industry related organisation, you have the option to add listings anonymously so as to retain confidentiality. You're email address will never be displayed in an advert, instead, other users will press the 'Reply to classified' link. Alternatively you may add listings overtly when you feel it is advantageous to do so. SurplusCellular offers you the flexibility to make the choices that suit you best and which consequently benefit our on-line community as a whole. In this way, opportunities can be presented to our members that would normally be precluded by established trading agreements, pressure from suppliers, and 'favoured clients'.
