ChannelTrack further extends the robust capabilities of the ChannelNet sell-side e-business solution, which creates effective consultative selling environments while connecting enterprises to channel partners and their customers
With the release of ChannelTrack, ChannelNet offers the enterprise the means to facilitate and centralize the capturing of leads, the ability to qualify the lead and distribute them across channels or to individuals within the sales force. Like all ChannelNet applications, ChannelTrack is easy to configure and customize for company-specific business practices. This enforces a structured approach on the distribution, management and feedback of leads, without imposing constraints on sales personnel or their individual work practices.
