The Private Train to the Spring Fair Exhibition

Bookings for Buyer Flyer fly out of the door for Spring Fair Birmingham 2002

Following the success of the specially commissioned train to the Autumn Fair Birmingham, the organisers are running another fast and affordable first class rail link from London Euston to Birmingham International for Spring Fair Birmingham. Tickets for the Buyer Flyer can be booked up until Friday 1 February 2002 before the fair, but seats are going fast, according to The Train Chartering Company.

The Buyer Flyer will run on Sunday 3 and Monday 4 February 2002, departing London Euston at 7.45am and leaving Birmingham International at 7pm. The journey each way is scheduled to take just two hours, with a reasonable ticket price of 50 return -- for first class comfort. The Buyer Flyer ticket ensures passengers will be able to work or relax in individual full size chairs with tables and a choice of either a refreshment trolley or a buffet car.

An added attraction is that exhibitors who want to bring their most important guests to the Spring Fair Birmingham 2002 can hire a carriage. The entire carriage may be personalised by the hirer -- with seat back covers showing their companys logo, uniformed staff and even entertainers.

Anna Bladen, buyer relations executive for the organisers, commented, 'The Autumn Fair 2001 Buyer Flyer had a great buzz and we received fantastic feedback from visitors who used the facility. Buyers can purchase a copy of The Black Book catalogue at the start of their journey, giving them plenty of time before they even get to the fair to study the exhibitors and new products.

Managing director of Train Chartering, Simon Pielow, said they received some excellent feedback from travellers on the Autumn Fair Birmingham Buyer Flyer: 'One person using the service summed it up," Simon recalled. ' She said The Buyer Flyer meant that she was already thinking about the exhibition before even arriving, whilst she met some important people on the way up. The fact that our passengers could buy the exhibition catalogue on board meant they could plan their time effectively at the fair.
