Panorama Software Systems has announced the termination of its marketing agreement with Cognos, Inc., effective March 2001.

As of April 15, 2001, Panorama, the original developer of the product, assumed responsibility for all service, support, and development of NovaView. Panorama will provide support to all current NovaView customers, and will soon release its next-generation of Business Intelligence products, Panorama NovaView e-BI. The Panorama e-BI suite provides an ideal transition from the windows-based BI environment to the web environment.

In 1998, Panorama, a cutting edge developer of Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Data Warehouse products and solutions, entered into an international marketing agreement giving Cognos, Inc. worldwide marketing rights, excepting Israel, of its NovaView product line.

NovaView front-end solution, created exclusively for Microsoft SQL Server OLAP Services and SQL Server 2000 Analysis Services, exposes the full functionality of the immensely successful Microsoft OLAP servers.
