IT'S MARDI GRAS TIME!!!!!

Come party at Word Museum through March 7th. Our first annual Mardi Gras will feature live chats, recipies, interesting trivia and...our mardi gras parade floats. Each float houses a different author--such as Fern Michaels, Conny Bryceland, Pauline Baird Jones, and others--each author offers contests and/or freebies for his/her fans.

Word Museum opened in 1997 and is a multi-genre site for readers and writers. Authors such as Nora Roberts, Fern Michaels, and Rebecca Brandewyne have pages at the site.

Besides their Writing for Literacy program, the Mardi Gras is one of the biggest events of the year.
