Revolutionary breakthrough in (MSW) treatment

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE   CONTACT: Microtech research IncPhone: 440-975-1645 Patrick Riley - President
DATE:     02/11/2001
HEADLINE: ? Revolutionary Breakthrough in Municipal Solid Waste Treatment?
BODY: Microtech Research Inc. A research & development laboratory specializing in biodegradable plastics has developed a process in the treatment of raw solid municipal waste. Removing Glass, Metal, & plastics for recycling, all other solid waste is ground and washed in a special solution that eliminates all toxins including print ink.? The then neutralized material is treated in a proprietary chemical slur, vacuum dried, then reground into a processed inert high protein mulch that can safely be deposed of in any landfill environment.Mr. Riley president of (MRI) states the most amazing attribute of this technology is the cost generated per pound treated, which is approximately $0.02176. Considering that a (MSW) State facility makes about $786.00 per ton recycling Glass, Metal, Plastic Pet, Paper& Cardboard. Whereas compared to (MRI?s) recycling technology yields $1,610.00 per metric ton, almost 2 ½ times the profit ratio. Riley also points out that (MSW) facilities do not process plastic film such as trash bags, they go directly to the landfill or are incinerated which leaves a lot to be desired regarding our environment. With (MRI?s) technology nothing gets wasted, It?s either recycled into a biodegradable extrusion grade master batch pellet or processed into an inert protein mulch that is sold for profit. With landfills reaching capacity and dumping costs expected to quadruple by the year 2005, solutions for disposal of all solid waste is a critical concern. (MRI?s) pilot line technology provides that one-line can process 1000 metric tons of (MSW) per day. Any numbered amount of these lines can be engineered and produced in a pilot facility. After all Riley states ?one mans trash is another mans treasure? and it would be very beneficial not to mention profitable to place one of these pilot facilities at an existing landfill site, this way clean up can start immediately processing the previously buried waste, while servicing incoming trash on a daily basics. For further information please contact: Microtech Research Inc @ 440-975-1645
