GLOBAL ONE SELECTS EUR SYSTEMS AS BILLING

MECHANICSBURG, PA, February 26, 2001 -- EUR Systems, a long-standing, premier provider of billing and customer care solutions to the telecommunications services marketplace, today announced an agreement with award-winning international carrier Global One, a subsidiary of France Telecom (NYSE:FTE), to provide a modern, market-driven message rating and billing solution for the companys UK long distance service. Under the agreement, EUR Systems has customized and put into production its scalable, advanced wholesale billing platform for Global Ones carrier and reseller customers in the competitive British telecom market. EUR Systems will operate and manage the solution on behalf of Global One in EURs state-of-the-art data center.

The customized billing solution is based on EURs market-proven wholesale billing platform, which is adaptable to the large variety of discounting rules required by leading wholesale providers. The system supports Global Ones customer base of over 100 major carriers and resellers across the UK and processes more than 7 million messages per month. The EUR Systems solution will also allow Global Ones carrier customers to manage key rating information and view their billing data via the World Wide Web.
