BRIAN FINKELSTEIN
VICE PRESIDENT SALES & MARKETING

Northfield, NJ –March 7, 2001 – Bruce Stenberg II, President/CEO of PointAll Corporation, today announced the hiring of Brian Finkelstein as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

In this new position, Finkelstein is responsible for new business development, relationship management and marketing and communication initiatives.

According to Stenberg, "Brian was hired to assure quality customer relationship management and provide strategic direction for new customer acquisition. Additionally, his nearly 20 years of experience brings a great deal of marketing expertise to our corporation and will provide useful consultative advice and direction to our clients."

Most recently, Finkelstein was an Assistant Vice President for Fleet Banks Small Business Services Group. Prior to that he was Marketing Director for Ole Hansen & Sons and Director of Business Development for Advanta Business Services.    He is a graduate of Temple University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. A life-long resident of South Jersey, Finkelstein resides in Linwood with his wife and daughter.
