RXUSA INC , America's premiere OnLine Pharmacy, reported sales results for the first quarter of 2001 today.

Sales for the period ending 3/31/2001 were $14,385,814.76 versus $4,242,232.60 for the corresponding period ending 3/31/2000; a growth of 239%. Sales for the month fo March 2001 were $5,029,408.69 versus $2,041,167.43 for the corresponding period of March 2000, an increase of over 146%.

Management believes sales for the year ending 12/31/2001 will approach $75,000,000.00 with results continuing to be profitable.
