To complete the MASTER 880 project in the Rack and Bundle versions, IEMCA is now unveiling its new MASTER 880 MP feeder (Single-rack).
The MASTER 880 MP feeder combines the ruggedness and reliability of the previous MASTER models with the experience acquired with the feeder TAL 65, the first to meet the requirements of CNC lathes.
Designed for maximum flexibility, it can rapidly switch between different diameter bars and is ideal for lathes which alternate frequently between different machining processes during the course of the day.

- Bar diameter : from 8 to 80 mm
- Bar length : 1000 mm min - 4300 max
- Bar change time : 30 sec (with model 33)
- Magazine capacity : 28 bars Ø 10

MAIN DEVICES

-   Precise bar feeding and positioning by means of brushless motors with feed thrust control governed by a PLC designed by IEMCA. The whole operation is controlled from an easy-to-use palm-top panel
-   The feeders central body can slide back in an axial direction by a distance of 800 mm, thereby assuring optimum access and ease of maintenance of the lathe.
-   Remnant recovery directly in a box mounted on the oil reservoir and with a large table to facilitate unloading by the operator.
-   Single-rack magazine with capacity from 270 to 320 mm (depending on bar diameter): particular attention has been given to bar loading, which is facilitated by sliding extensions, and to bar selection by means of a central adjusting knob.
