Scala Partners with Bull in Eastern Europe

Includes partnership with LF Consulting Group to deliver ERP and e-business software and services

London, 6 June 2001: Scala Business Solutions today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with Bull s.r.o., the Czech Republic subsidiary of Groupe Bull of France and the international LF Consulting Group. The three-way partnership will initially cover the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary. Under the agreement, Bull will resell the complete integrated Scala product line -- Scala back-office products and iScala Internet software --and the LF Consulting Group will provide the implementation services.

Bull recently partnered with the LF Consulting Group to offer a complete IT package for medium-sized businesses in Eastern Europe. With extensive knowledge from implementing Scala in the region for more than 10 years, the LF Consulting Group brings solid implementation experience. Jointly, the partnership offer integrated IT solutions consisting of both Scala and iScala products together with consulting and support services, as well as a wide range of other IT products to complete the whole enterprise IT system. The partnership will service a number of different vertical industries such as retail, telecoms and pharmaceuticals as well as offer products for e-commerce integration and collaborative commerce.
