This means that if a member is a winning bidder on any auction that was auctioned off from an approved Auctionweiser.com Vendor, or a verified seller, Auctionweiser.com will either refund the purchased price, or have the vendor send you a new product.

Auctionweiser.com Launches Its Buyers Assurance Program
[Haverstraw, New York] – June 7, 2001– Auctionweiser.com, one of the up-and-coming leaders in providing real-time auction and shopping services on the Web, has launched is buyers assurance program. This program will protect Auctionweiser.com members from purchasing defective products, products that are not what they were described within the auction description, or not receiving the product at all.
Auctionweiser.com wants its members to feel safe about the surroundings. This means that if a member is a winning bidder on any auction that was auctioned off from an approved Auctionweiser.com Vendor, or a verified seller, Auctionweiser.com will either refund the purchased price, or have the vendor send you a new product.
The terms and conditions for this program are as follows:
· The member must wait 30 days after the close of the auction purchase in order to submit an inquiry about an item or product that had been won. From that point, you have 30 days in which to submit your claim.
· You may not request a charge back to your credit card from your bank for your purchase. A form will either be e-mailed or faxed to you to fill out and sign.
· You must be a resident of the United States and provide your physical street address (i.e., post office boxes are unacceptable).
· Buyers are limited to a lifetime maximum of two claims up to a total of $250.00 (Minus a $25.00 deductible per claim).
· The Auctionweiser.com Assurance Program does not cover shipping and other associated costs of the transaction.
A member must contact Auctionweiser.com @ Assurance@Auctionweiser.com in order to start the claim process. After Auctionweiser.com staff receives the members initial e-mail from the disgruntled member, a claim form will be sent out via e-mail to be completed by the member within 90 days of receipt of the form. Auctionweiser.com may contact the member for more information during the investigation process. Once our investigation has been completed, Auctionweiser.com will send both the seller and bidder of the auction in question the findings. This service is free of charge for all members.
