ITN, Inc. hires a General Manager for its Chem-Dry franchising operations in China.

Thousand Oaks¾International Technologies Network, Inc. (ITN") of Thousand Oaks, California has appointed Zhang Zhibiao as the General Manager of its Chem-Dry operations in China. Zhang will be responsible for developing the Chem-Dry franchise in China. Zhang brings with him considerable experience in Chinas nascent franchising industry. Prior to joining Chem-Dry, Zhang was the General Manager of Ilsa Holdings, a Sino-Italian venture with over 100 franchises in China.
