Title: "SOUL 2 SOUL", A Lifetime of Loving My Son by Craig S Tulepan

The day he came into this world marked the beginning of one life and the rebirth of another. I immediately felt his presence; a strange, almost mystical aura enveloping me, an ionic cloud settling over me filtering through every fiber of my being. The birth of my son set me free, transcending the physical and spiritual boundaries that long ago imprisoned my soul. I held his tiny body gently in my arms and watched as he drew his first breaths of life. I could feel his presence overwhelm me and I at once came to accept my own mortality and acknowledge my rightful place by his side for all eternity. I was bound to him, body and soul. Everything I would ever do from that day forth would either be for him, because of him or in spite of him. This I swore before God, a vow that to this day remains unbroken.

"SOUL 2 SOUL" is the story of one ordinary man's extraordinary love for his son and the special bond that would come to exist between them. A bond built upon the blood, sweat and fears of a simple man who chooses to dedicate his life to protect and defend his son and to love him unconditionally. A father who chooses to define his life, not by property or possessions but rather by his uncompromising faith, unwavering loyalty and undying commitment to his relationship with his son as together they journey in search of some of the answers to all of the questions.
A journey that takes us through the innocence of the fifties, the turbulence of the sixties, the decadence of the seventies, the hope and promise of the eighties and the affluence and prosperity of the nineties. Therein lies the tale. A tale framed around a generation more commonly referred to as 'Baby Boomers'. The first born of a war torn tired but true red, white and blue flag waving, democracy saving, 'our country tis of thee sweet land of liberty,' bobby sox, chicken pox, doo wop, soda pop, prom dates, chocolate shakes, rock and roll, remote control, apple pie, Lucy in the Sky, see the USA in your Chevrolet.

"SOUL 2 SOUL," A Lifetime of Loving My Son by Craig S. Tulepan is Published by Southern Charm Press ISBN 0-9708537-1-8. The release date is scheduled for Spring, 2002.For more information go to@www.soul2soulbycst.com or @www.southerncharmpress.com.
