LifeCare Technologies Announces Successful Completion of Customer Service Initiative
New service enhancements yield extremely satisfied customers

top-to-bottom customer service initiative that has produced very positive results. In a recent study, LifeCare carefully evaluated the healthcare marketplace and found that customer service was vitally important to clinicians; however, most respondents indicated that they felt customer service was not a high priority with many vendors. LifeCare immediately embarked on a company-wide mission to develop a comprehensive customer care program that would not only enhance its service levels, but also communicate to clients that customer service was its number one priority.
The company-wide initiative, which included intensive training for all employees, has yielded remarkable results. A follow-up survey indicated that customers have noticed significant improvements in both the manner and speed with which their support calls have been handled. The survey also asked customers to rate the Solutions Center on such things as ease of reaching a representative, helpfulness of the representative, problem resolution, call back efficiency and overall satisfaction. LifeCare consistently rated above average to excellent in all categories.
