The first – Online Music Promotion – is aimed at helping musicians in any genre understand how to use the power of the Internet to promote their music and advance their careers. The Online Music Promotion Tip will cover the entire range of Web activities related to musicians – for example, specific how-to" information on creating compelling Websites and promotions to establish their brands, and managing fan email lists. Jonathan Pinky" Gonzales, currently the new business coordinator for the Country Music Association, is writing the tip.

The second new music topic – Touring Music Tip of the Day – will cover whats happening with touring bands, as well as music news and information, and excerpts from exclusive interviews. Basically, Ill be covering the bands that people wont typically find on MTV or VH-1, with some cross-over with VH-1 artists," said Jacar.
