Flash-animated graphics helping Christian websites glorify God in cyberspace.
It's easier than ever for churches and ministries to have visually attractive websites with Flash-animated graphics. The Sonrise Worship Center offers a free assortment, including God's Billboards.
Too often it's hard to tell church websites from, say, Joe's Cleaners -- until now. Free Flash-animated graphics are enabling sites to honor God in cyberspace like never before.
Christian web designers and artists increasingly are creating Flash animations and offering them without charge for use on church, ministry and personal websites. The Sonrise Worship Center (www.holy-city.org/Sonrise/index.htm), for example, helps lead the way with an assortment of eye-catching originals by Rev. Rusty Weller, the Servants' Servant.
Bible verses appear atop inspirational settings. Church marquee and bumper sticker slogans come alive in attention-getting ways.
Rev. Weller even has animated the roadway phenomena of God's Billboards for travelers along the Information Superhighway. He also offers free non-animated graphics through his wife's Mommy & Me site (http://holy-city.org/Mommy/Mommy.htm).
"There's power in praise, and our websites ought to glorify Jesus in graphics and well as text," Rev. Weller said in announcing the Sonrise Worship Center's free graphics.
The Center, located at http://holy-city.org/Sonrise/index.htm, recently began crafting Flash-animated personalized home page headers and is offering an introductory special during August.
The Center is dedicated to helping born-again believers give glory to God online. In addition to its free graphics, Sonrise's site offers numerous online features to help visitors draw closer to God, including the Internet's first complete worship service and the Lord's Supper. The Center also points Christian webservants to an assortment of Gospel-presenting Flash special effects for use as plans of salvation.
